What does Redistricting Mean to Your Colorado Business?

This Monday, November 1, 2021, the Colorado Supreme Court will issue a decision analyzing the Congressional District maps submitted by the Colorado Congressional Redistricting Commission.  My best guess is the Supreme Court will unanimously uphold the map drawn by the Commission.  The wording will likely state that the Court wishes the Commission had done more for minority communities; however, the Commission did not "abuse its discretion" when adopting a final map.

The deadline for the Supreme Court to accept or reject the State Legislative Redistricting Maps is November 15, 2021.  My best guess is the Supreme Court will adopt both the State House and State Senate maps adopted by the Legislative Redistricting Commission.
